Phil Wills is a hospitality operator, beverage strategist, and the Co-Founder of The Spirits In Motion, a consulting firm focused on building profitable, operationally sound food and beverage programs. 

With decades of experience in bars, restaurants, and hospitality groups across the country, Phil specializes in translating high-level beverage concepts into systems that teams can execute consistently during real service. His work focuses on bar performance, menu profitability, training systems, and operational alignment between the bar, kitchen, and floor. 

Phil has worked with a wide range of hospitality brands and operators, helping venues improve throughput, strengthen beverage attachment, and build programs that drive both guest experience and financial performance.

As a Lead Consultant with The Idiot Savants, Phil contributes expertise in beverage systems, bar workflow, batching strategy, and operator-driven cocktail programs that support high-volume service without sacrificing quality or perception.
