2026 Scholarships
SPOA Scholarship Program
The Sunnyside Property Owners Association supports educational achievement by presenting college scholarships to Sunnyside seniors continuing their education. Scholarships are awarded to outstanding students who have demonstrated academic excellence and a significant commitment to community service or volunteer work.
2026 Scholarships
Applicants must have resided within the SPOA membership boundaries — Kings Canyon, Temperance, Jensen, and Peach Avenues — during their entire junior and senior years, regardless of high school attended. Scholarships are available to entering college freshmen.

Prabdeep Bindra
Graduate of Sanger West High School, attending Fresno State pursuing a career in Aerospace Engineering.
Nolan Castro
Graduate from Sanger West High School, attending Fresno City College to major in Business — and kick for the Rams!
Xavion Torres
Graduate from University High School, attending UC San Diego majoring in Marine Biology. Xavion is also a gifted musician.
